C276 Sheet, also known as Hastelloy C-276 or UNS N10276, is a high-performance nickel-based alloy material with excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature strength. Its main components include nickel (Ni), molybdenum (Mo), chromium (Cr) and iron (Fe), and contains small amounts of cobalt (Co), copper (Cu), niobium (Nb), aluminum (Al) and trace amounts of Silicon (Si) and Carbon (C)

Molybdenum (Mo): 15-17%
Chromium (Cr): 14.5-16.5%
Iron (Fe): 4-7%

These ingredients give C276 plate excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. For example, the nickel content is as high as 57-59%, which significantly improves the stability of the alloy in various corrosive environments; the molybdenum content is between 15-17%, which enhances its pitting corrosion resistance and resistance in acidic media. Application areas
Due to its excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, C276 sheet is widely used in several industries:
Chemical and petrochemical industry: used to manufacture components and catalytic systems that come into contact with chloride-containing organic matter, as well as equipment such as oil tanks, oil well pipelines, reactors, and storage tanks
Marine Engineering: Suitable for seawater corrosive environment, resistant to erosion by wet chlorine, various oxidizing chlorides, chloride salt solutions and other highly corrosive media
Pharmaceutical and food processing: used to manufacture medical devices and food processing equipment to ensure stable operation in highly corrosive media
Pollution control equipment: such as filters, flue gas desulfurization equipment, etc., utilizing their anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion properties
This alloy has excellent corrosion resistance to most corrosive media in both oxidized and reduced states. Excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. The alloy is suitable for use in a variety of chemical process industries containing oxidizing and reducing media. The higher molybdenum and chromium content makes the alloy resistant to corrosion by chloride ions, and the tungsten element further improves its corrosion resistance. Hastelloy C-276 is one of the only materials that is resistant to corrosion by moist chlorine, hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide solutions. The alloy has significant corrosion resistance to high-concentration chloride salt solutions (such as chlorine iron and copper chloride).
