High Chloride Corrosion Resistant Duplex Stainless Steel F53 Steel Bar UNS S32750 Round Steel Bright Bar DIN 1.4410
Material characteristics
F53 stainless steel is a super duplex stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. It combines the advantages of ferritic steel and austenitic steel, and has good resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and uniform corrosion. The chemical composition of F53 stainless steel includes elements such as chromium, nickel, molybdenum and nitrogen, which make it perform well in highly corrosive media.
Chemical composition

Application areas
F53 stainless steel is widely used in many industries, including:
Marine engineering: used for offshore platforms, submarine pipelines, etc.
Chemical and petroleum industries: used in reactors, pipelines, storage tanks and other equipment.
Pharmaceutical industry: used in clean room equipment and piping systems.
Food industry: used in food processing equipment and storage containers.
F53 stainless steel has been widely used in the application field. It is widely used in the oil and gas industry, offshore oil platforms, petrochemical equipment, desalination equipment, and mechanical and structural parts that require high strength and corrosion resistance. For example, it can be used in heat exchanger tubes, water treatment and water supply systems, fire protection systems, sprinkler systems, and water stabilization systems. In addition, in the chemical, petroleum, petrochemical and power industries, F53 stainless steel is also widely used in heat exchange equipment that uses river water, groundwater and seawater as cooling media. F53 stainless steel has become a steel grade with excellent localized corrosion resistance among duplex stainless steels due to its excellent pitting resistance, high strength, resistance to chloride stress corrosion and weldability.
